  What is your core business?
We are into stainproofing all natural stones like granite, marble, sandstone and agglomerate etc by using sealants or stainproof impregnators.
We are also into manufacturing P7 - a neutral pH Cleaner for the daily maintenance for marble & granite and EXUDO - a wet-look color enhancer for flamed granite and sandstone.

What is a sealant?
 A sealant is a stain proofing chemical which when applied on marble or granite, seaps inside the stone and seals all the pores of the stone, hence making the stone non-porous.
Since marble, granite and all natural stone are vulnerable to stains due to the risk of spillage of oil, tea, coffee, juice and many more oil and water based substances, it needs protection.

Do you undertake the job and when is it done?
 Yes, we undertake the job. We do not sell the sealants as we stand by a guarntee period. So we prefer to execute the work ourselves, as we are qualifed with the knowledge of natural stones, chemical coverage, porosity levels, buffing methods and expertise on all technical areas regarding the stone and the sealant.
This treatment is done after the marble is final polished. It can be applied on granite at any time as granite is polished in the factory itself.

How long will the sealant last and what is the guarantee?
A sealant will last for a minimum period of 3 to 5 years depending on the porosity of the stone.

How affordable is this sealant?
It is very affordable at Rs.12 to Rs.18 per sft (our general rates inclusive of application). The cost of marble & granite with fixing & polishing charges generally amount from Rs. 80 to Rs. 500 per sft, so an extra amount of Rs.12 to Rs.18 per sft is negligible considering the importance of the sealant.

What are the other products you deal with?
Apart from sealants for polished granite and marble, we also deal with wet look colour enhancer, EXUDO for flamed granite and sandstone on cladding and flooring. We also manufacture P7, a neutral pH cleaner for the daily maintenance of natural stone. Since most floor cleaners are either acidic or alkaline by nature and affect the stone by loss of sheen, yellowing etc., a neutral pH Cleaner is safe since it is neither acidic nor alkaline, keeps the floor clean and protects the natural sheen of the stone.
We also take up “Marble restoration”. By that we mean an old floor can be made new by re-polishing and stainproofing.

Our clients could be anyone who has used marble, granite and other natural stones at their homes, offices, hotels, showrooms, etc., we meet and interact with architects, builders, marble & granite layers, facility and admin - managers in companies and individual new house owners for our orders. We have to our credit more than 3000 individual homes in and around Bangalore.
